About AideNote

The meeting governance platform — where every decision has a score, an owner, and a follow-through.

Our Story

AideNote was founded in November 2025 to fix what AI summarisers leave on the table. Recordings became searchable. Notes got tidier. But the actual job of running an organisation — making clear decisions, naming who owns them, and circling back to see if they played out — still happened in side channels, hallway conversations, and someone's head.

So we built the missing layer. Not another notes tool — a governance layer that sits on top of the meetings you already run.

Why governance, not just notes

We started where every AI meeting tool starts — turning recordings into clean summaries with action items. Customers liked the summaries. They kept asking the same harder question: which of these decisions actually got made, who owns them, and did they hold up?

Summaries can't answer that. Governance can. So we rebuilt AideNote around three ideas: every meeting earns a governance score for decision health, every decision gets a named decider with a check-in date, and every check-in closes with a recorded outcome. Same upload flow, completely different output.

What we're building

Five pillars make up the AideNote governance loop:

Governance score

A 0–100 Decision Health Score for every meeting, with named gaps — unowned actions, unclear decisions, follow-up risks.

Decision registry with deciders

Every decision lands in a searchable registry with an explicit decider, so accountability isn't guesswork.

Decision outcomes

Pick a check-in date, get a one-click email when it's due, record whether the decision played out, partially landed, didn't, or was too early to tell.

Action item ownership

Every action item carries an owner, a due date, and a status — so the work doesn't quietly disappear after the call ends.

Analytics across meetings

Trends across your full meeting history: governance score over time, decisions losing momentum, completion rates by team and by decider.

Our Mission

To make every meeting accountable. Decisions should have owners, dates, and outcomes — not just summaries. Meetings should fuel progress, not fatigue, and the work that comes out of them should be impossible to lose track of.

Our Team

AideNote is developed and operated by Her Healing Hub Corp, bringing together a team of product designers, AI engineers, and customer success professionals who care about how organisations actually make decisions.

Our backgrounds span healthcare, SaaS, and enterprise support, united by a shared goal: to make workplace communication smarter, more accountable, and more human.

Our Values

Our guiding principles are simple but powerful:

Accountability

Every decision deserves an owner and a follow-through — not just a mention in a summary.

Transparency

Your data and conversations remain private and secure. We never train AI on your meetings.

Efficiency

Every governance signal should save time, not create work.

Innovation

We constantly explore new ways to make AI more useful, ethical, and intuitive.

Trust

Security and confidentiality are at the core of everything we build.

Our Location

We're proudly based in Toronto, Canada, serving teams across North America and Europe.

While our roots are in Canada, our reach is global — helping distributed teams govern decisions wherever the work happens.

See governance in action

Whether you're a chief of staff, RevOps lead, programme manager, or founder, AideNote gives every meeting a score and every decision an owner.
